Checklist

Proofs: Approval proof if supplying any digital media is a MUST

    When Sending Digital Media:
  • Be sure to send a directory of disk with all folders open showing all contents of disk
  • Label all material with company name, publication name, contact, project name, date and number of disks. List all on media. (For example, Disk 1 of 3)
  • Include only the files that are needed for this specific project
  • Verifty that both screen and printer FONTS are included, including embedded fonts
  • All nested images and support files included
  • Color names and specifications exactly match those used in layout program
    If your file is sent via FTP:
  • Notify us prior to sending and be sure to send a hardcopy (proof) to us at:
